Rentals

We manage a variety of residential properties consisting of Apartments in Duplex units, Tri-plex units, Four-plex units; Mobile homes, Single Family Homes, & Townhomes; located in town and in the country too. Our units range from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms, and some owners will allow pets. In most units the tenant pays for all utilities, however, we do have a few units that the owner pays the water, sewer, trash. We take pride in our rentals and do regular maintenance and repairs. Please check in with us when you are in need of a good rental. You can call our office 24 hours a day and leave a message if we are not available. We have applications and background check paperwork that can be easily emailed to you- call us for details.


At this time we have two properties that will be coming available as soon as the upgrades/remodeling is completed.  Applications and background reports are requirted and available at our office or may be requested to be emailed.
